This guide is for bands, musicians and performers who wish to join our roster, and does not apply to our celebrity and public speaking engagements. Please note: We respectfully cannot discuss any applications over the telephone. We assess applications via e-mail only, and can only consider applications that have met the requirements below in full. If you have already sent your information to us we request that you refrain from calling our office for updates, as we can only reply to artists we feel are suitable for our roster.

We always welcome applications from the most talented performers in the UK, however we only accept a very small number of submissions.


  • Important: The most important aspect of joining our roster is your unique act name. We require you to perform using a name that is unique to our agency so we can market you effectively. If you are not willing to send us a suitable unique name for your act unfortunately we cannot accept your application.

  • Important: We require all artists to respond to our availability enquiries within 24hrs to ensure a prompt and professional service to clients. We cannot accept applications (and we may remove artists from our roster) if this cannot be observed.

  • All performers should have Public Liability Insurance. Electrical Equipment should also be covered by an up to date PAT Testing Certificate (Portable Appliance Testing).

  • We require you to possess all equipment necessary to provide your show (i.e. a portable PA system & Lighting) and reliable transport

  • We require full contact details for the person in charge of accepting bookings for your act (i.e. the person who administrates your gig diary). In addition to a mobile number we require a landline telephone number and full postal address. If you cannot provide this unfortunately we cannot accept submissions.

  • We require you to perform for 2 x 1 hour sets as a minimum (with the exception of non-musical performers and Tribute artists).

  • 3 or more high quality photos

  • 3 or more high quality sound files (Mp3’s are fine)

  • If you have video, this must be completely unbranded. We cannot use any video that features your name, website or contact details.

  • A biography in text document format (not PDF)

  • Your complete setlist (showing name of song and artist) in text document format (not PDF)

  • Your price guide (and list of areas you cover) in text document format (not PDF)

  • 2 or more client testimonials which include name of reviewer and venue you performed at in text document format (not PDF) (let us know if you are a new act and don’t have these yet)

  • All artists must be appropriately dressed (ie very smart stagewear) unless you have a specific costume you wear as part of your act.

Important: We do not accept applications over the telephone and we will always contact you if your application is successful.

Please do not send a link to your website and ask us to download your publicity material from there, the publicity material needs to be sent directly to us.

When you have all of the above material ready simply collect all of the files together into one folder and share it with us at signup ‘at’ (please delete the ‘at’ part and replace with an ‘@’ symbol) using a file sharing program such as DropBox or similar. Once we’ve received your files we’ll contact you if we feel your act is suitable for our roster.
