Managing Director- Paula McCool
Paula McCool is the Managing Director of Atrium Entertainments- a dynamic entertainment and event management agency based in Cheshire.
After graduating with an Honours
Degree in Literature and working as an international travel
writer, Paula decided to utilise her excellent communication
skills
(combined
with her passion for music) in an industry that demands
a quick-response, hands-on approach.
Aside from the daily employment of performers at concerts and events, Paula also employs over 120 peripatetic staff working for Atrium on all occasions. Atrium now has an events management section, where clients book all their entertainments supplies and decor for large corporate events and weddings.
Paula is a specialist in the organisation of festivals, large events and showcases. She oversees every fine detail from PA and lighting rig assembly, to Public Relations and guest lists. In her role as Managing Director of Atrium Entertainment Agency, Paula carries a 10m Public Liability Insurance policy and is a professional member of the Musician's Union, a Phonographic Performance Limited Rights Holder member and a registered songwriter at the PRS/MCPS Alliance.
Paula has also been inducted into the prestigious Director's Club, Merseyside’s largest network of Directors and business Principals; a club set up exclusively for senior management and decision makers across the North West.
Atrium is also one of a few agencies worldwide who prefer to employ virtuosos. This means that we seek and employ the most talented musicians in their field, and take a pro-active role in their musical careers. Our artists have excellent backgrounds and careers; whether starring in Hollywood films, winning MOBO awards, or performing for VIP's such as Her Majesty the Queen and Nelson Mandela, they are always in high demand.
Atrium Entertainments is also specially chosen by the Royal Horticultural Society to provide 5 days of entertainment at the Tatton Park Flower Show each year.
'Atrium Music employ many of our music students and support our graduates' - Jenny Parkins, Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (Paul McCartney School).
